    1/2 t baking soda
    1/2 t baking powder
    1/2 t salt
    3/4 c buttermilk
    1 egg

Directions

Preheat rice cooker on cake setting. Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Add and combine. Put in rice cooker and bake 30 minutes.
