Introduction

3 layers no bake. NOT GOOD FOR YOU but SO DELICIOUS. I refuse to make them any other time of the year because of how high in calories they are :O

NOT SURE HOW MUCH THEY ACTUALLY YIELD , will update when i make them if you cute them into 1 inch squares it yields 30.

Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    layer 1:
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup sugar
    5 TBSP cocoa
    1 egg
    1 cup coconut
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 cups crushed graham crackers
    layer2:
    1/2 cup butter
    3 TBSP milk
    2 cups powdered sugar
    2 tsp vanilla
    layer3:
    1 package chocolate chips
    1 tbsp butter

Directions

layer 1: 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup sugar. 5 TBSP cocoa and 1 egg. mix together until thick and then add: 1 cup coconut, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 cups crushed graham crackers. Pat mixture into pan and chill 20 mins

layer 2: 1/2 cup butter, 3 TBSP milk, 2 cups powdered sugar, 2 tsp vanilla. Mix and spread over layer 1, chill for 20 mins

layer 3: 1 package chocolate chips, 1 TBSP butter, melt in double broiler. Spread over layer 2 and chill

KEEP REFRIGERATED.

    Haven't made this, buuuut, if anyone wanted to cut the fat and calories they could do so by replacing the granulated sugar with splenda, the butter with light margarine, the egg with egg beaters, and the graham crackers with light graham crackers. - 1/18/10

    OH I KNOW, if anyone can find a way to make them healthier that would be AWESOME
