Ingredients

    Venison, ground (deer burger)
    Beef, ground (93/7 lean)
2 cans Swanson 99% FF Chicken Broth
    2 cans Bush's Pinto Beans
    29 oz. canned Tomato Sauce
    24 oz. canned, diced Tomatoes
    2 cups Water
    2 cloves Garlic, minced
    1 medium Onion, chopped
1 pkg. Wick Fowlers 2-Alarm Chili Seasoning

Directions

Brown ground beef and venison with garlic, onion and portion of the chili seasoning packet. Drain off any fat if you like but most 93/7 lean beef will have very little. If pure venison is used there is zero fat in that meat. In separate stockpot, add remaining ingredients and spices except the masa flour. Add in the browned meats. Cover and cook on low for 90 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add masa flour packet from the Wick Fowler's seasoning kit at the last 15 minutes of cooking time, if thicker consistency is desired. Makes approximately 16, 1-cup servings.
