Introduction

A delicious and satisfying breakfast that you can make in advance and grab and go in the morning.

I needed to find something portable for breakfast that I could eat at work and was filling. My old breakfast consumed almost 500 calories. This is the only breakfast I have found under 300 calories that keeps me filled until lunch.

Ingredients

1 cup Dry Couscous (I prefer Israeli for the texture but any will do)
3 cups Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
    2 cups Skim Milk
3 cups frozen blueberried or mixed berries

Directions

Cook the couscous using the skim milk instead of water. I add cinnamon while the couscous is cooking for extra flavor. Once the couscous is cooked, divide equally amongst 6 portable containers (about 1/2 cup each). Place a half 1/2 cup of frozen berries on top of couscous. (No need to thaw the berries first). Top each with 1/2 cup of the yogurt. Seal and place in the refrigerator. This will keep for the the week so you can just grab one every morning.
