    10 oz. Chicken, deboned, cooked and cubed
    2 cans (14.5 oz) chicken broth, low-sodium, fat free
    1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup, low-sodium, low-fat
    1 (16 oz) bag California Blend Vegetables, frozen
    2 cups Green Beans, french style, frozen
    2 cups whole kernel sweet corn, frozen
    1 cup onion, chopped (or 1/2 cup dehydrated)
    1 tsp sweet basel, ground
    1 Tbsp Creole seasoning, original
    2 Tbsp Garlic powder
    .5 tsp Turmeric (seasoning)
    1 Tbsp Oregano, ground
    3 cups Potatoe, raw, cubed
    1 Tbsp Italian seasoning


Place a plastic crock bag in crock. Put all ingredients in crock. Stir to mix ingredients. Cook on low heat for about 8-10 hours or until the vegetables are as tender as you want them.
Each serving is approximately 1.5 cups.
