    1 lb. shrimp
    1 cup chopped tomato
    1 chopped red pepper
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 T. olive oil
    1 T. butter
    Salt and pepper to season

Directions

soften onion and pepper in olive oil. add other ingredients. Puree in blender. garnish with butter, if desired.
