Number of Servings: 4

    2 Tbsp honey
1/4 cup reduced fat peanut butter
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    1/4 tsp hot sauce
2 Tbsp country crock + calcium, melted
16 oz skinless & boneless chicken tenders

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9x13 inch glass baking dish by lining it with aluminum foil.

In a small saucepan over low heat, combine honey, peanut butter and butter until mixture is smooth. Do not let glaze boil. Remove from the heat.

Dip the chicken in the glaze, coating well on both sides. Reserve the extra glaze. Place the coated chicken in the foil lined pan, cover with aluminum foil and cook for 20 minutes on the center rack of the oven.

Remove the foil cover and pour the remaining glaze on top of chicken. Continue to cook for another 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
