Ingredients

    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 T garlic, minced
    6 stalks of celery, chopped
    4 carrots, peeled and chopped
    1/2 head of califlower chopped
    16 oz. frozen peas
    13 oz. frozen wild salmon, chopped
    12 c. water
    2 c. dry fat free milk powder
    1 tsp dill seed
    1 tp black pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a large stock pot. Heat until boiling, then turn to low heat and simmer for 1 1/2-2 hours or until all vegetables are cooked. May be served with a sprinkle of grated cheese. Makes 12 2 cup servings.
