Directions
Makes 9 delicious 1/2 cup servings
The best way to chop or "pulse" all the vegetables is a Vitamix or Food Processor/cutter of some kind. Pulse the vegetables so they are thinly chopped. Do not overly mix your ingredients or you will have "soup".
Finely chop the cilantro into very small pieces.
Get the flesh from the 2 Avacados and mix or mash them to an almost liquid consistency. A Vitamix can also do this.
Put everything in a Big bowl - Squeeze in your Lime Juice. Stir in your cilantro, spices, and flavorings.
Serve with baked Tortilla Chips, Pita Chips, or Baked Chips.
If it sits a while - the flavorings will work in more.
If it sits a while - stirring with a spoon a little helps.
Enjoy!
