    2 Oranges, cut in sections
    1 Apple, sliced into thin sections
    1 Fennel Bulb, sliced into thin sections
    2 tbsp Rice vinegar
    2 tsp Olive Oil
    1/4 cup Orange juice
    1/4 cup Lemon juice
    1 tsp Parsley

Directions

Serves 6, Serving Size 1 cup
