Introduction

Great as a dinner or as a side dish. Can be frozen. Great as a dinner or as a side dish. Can be frozen.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    3 Tbsp EVOO
    16 oz ground turkey (or chicken)
    1.5 C diced carrots
    1.5 C diced celery
    8 C steamed rice
    5 Tbsp Indonesian Soy Sauce

Directions

Cook rice. Meanwhile, dice carrots and celery. Add oil to wok and cook ground turkey until no longer pink (About 7 to 10 minutes) . Add vegetables and fry until tender (about 5 minutes). Add cooked rice and soy sauce and mix well.
Serve. Makes 20 1/2 cup servings.
