Introduction

Ingredients

    Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    8 oz. Beef Round Steak or any lean beef
    1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder or 2 fresh cloves diced
    1 Cup Reduced Sodium Fat Free Beef Broth
    1 Cup Green Peppers sliced in strips
    1 Cup Red/ Yellow or combination Peppers
    1 Medium sized Yellow Onion chopped

Directions

Heat skillet to medium hot. Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Flour meat and add to skillet. Season with garlic powder. Brown steak on both sides. Add peppers, onion and beef broth. Cover with lid and cook 'til tender (about 45-60 mins.) Salt & pepper can be added when eaten, but very good without. Additional spices can add variety.
