Ingredients

    1 lg onion chopped
    1 lg carrot peeled and sliced
    3 med stalks celery with tops sliced
    3 garlic cloves sliced
    3 cups low sodium chicken broth
    1 can chopped tomatoes with chili
    1 cup elbow macaroni

Directions

Place all vegetables in pot. Cover with water, cook until vegetables are soft.
Add tomatoes, macaroni and chicken broth.
Cook until macaroni is soft.
