Introduction

This is super easy and great on a cold night or whenever you need a quick meal. We had it with salad and fruit. This is super easy and great on a cold night or whenever you need a quick meal. We had it with salad and fruit.

Ingredients

    -2 C chopped onions
    -1 can, 12 oz Celebrity ham chopped in bite sized pieces
    -2 cans S & W white beans, undrained
    -1 t or less of black pepper

Directions

--Chop the onions and ham. Saute the onions in a nonstick med/large pot until starting to become translucent.....stir often.

--Add ham and beans (undrained) and pepper to taste, stir well then bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer and cook a few minutes.

--Makes 4.5 servings of 1 C each.

--Enjoy!!
