Introduction

Ingredients

    Cornbread, 4 cups, crumbled
    Summer Squash, 3 cup, (sliced, cooked, drained, mashed)
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 0.5 cup, diced
    Chicken flavored Bouillion, 1 tsp
    1 cup water
    sage, poultry seasoning, salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Makes 6 servings

Pre heat oven to 350°
Saute onion and celery until tender. Add everything else and stir well. Pour into a cooking sprayed baking dish. Bake for 50 minutes. Can be microwaved, but doesn't give the crust obtained from oven baking.
