Introduction
This is the best cinnamon raisin bread ever!!!! This is the best cinnamon raisin bread ever!!!!Number of Servings: 36
Ingredients

1 1/ c 2 % milk
1c warm water (110-115 degrees)
2 (1/4 oz) pcks active dry yeast
3 eggs
1/2 c white sugar
1 t salt
1/2 c softened unsalted butter
1 c raisins
4 c whole wheat flour
4 c white flour
2 T vanilla extract
1c white sugar
3 T cinnamon
2 T melte butter
Directions
1. Warm milk in small sauce pan,just until bubbles. Stir occassionally. And remove from heat and set aside to cool until luke warm (about 120-125 degrees).
2. Dissolve yeast in war water and set aside until frothy, about 10 minutes. Mix in eggs, sugar, butter, salt and raisins.
3. Stir in colled milk slowly, so you don't cook the eggs.
4. Add flour gradually to stiffen.
5. Knead dougha ew minutes on floured surface, until smooth.
6.Place in large buttered mixing bowl and turn to greae surface of dough. Cover w/ warm damp cloth and let rise to double, about 1 1/2 hours.
7. Roll onto lighlty floured surface into a large rectangle 1/2 inch thick.
8. Moisten w/ 2 T of vanilla. Rub all over the dough.
9. Mix 1c sugar and 3 T cnnamon and sprinkle evenly.
10. Roll up tightly, long way. Should be about a 3inch diameter. Cut into thirds and tuck ends and pinch bottom together.
11. Place loaves in well greased loave pans, 9x5. Lightly grease the loaves with the 2 T melted btter.
12. Let rise again for about an hour.
13. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
