    12 fluid oz whipping cream
    1/4 cup butter
    1 lg onion
    1 stalk celery minced
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp creole season
    1/4 cup flour
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup shredded american cheese
    1 lb fresh crab meat
    1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
