Introduction
This is a not too hot chili as it only uses 1/3 the ration of seasoning to servings. There are many variations but this is the one I make when pressed for time. Ingredients

2 pounds 97% lean ground beef
1 large yellow onion, diced
2 medium cloves garlic, crushed
2 - 3 ribs of clelery, washed and finely diced
1 - 6 oz can tomato paste
1- 15.5 oz (or larger if desired) diced tomatoes
1 - 26.5 oz can hunt's meat spaghetti sauce
4 - 15.5 oz. cans pinto beans
1 Carroll Shelby's Chili kit ( I remove salt to lessen sodium)
1 tbsp chili powder
Directions
In a skillet toss ground beef, onion, garlic, and celery until meat has cooked and set aside.
In a large dutch oven, all other ingredients and except the masa from the chili kit. Stir in the meat mixture. Cook over
medium heat until it begins to bubble then stir in the masa
until it is well blended. reduce heaat and continue cooking
another 5 minutes stirring occassionally.
serve hot with whole wheat toast or crackers
