Ingredients

Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed
Walnuts, 1 cup pieces or chips
Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
Brown Sugar, 6 tsp packed
green leaf lettuce, 1.5 cup
Radicchio, 2 cup, shredded
Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced
Cilantro, raw, 8 tbsp
Asian Pear, 1 cup chopped
Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 8 tbsp
Asian Pear, 2, cored and sliced
Dressing
Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 8 tbs
Champagne vinegar, 4 tbsp
Salt, .25 tsp
Black Pepper (Ground), 0.25 tsp
Honey, 1 tbsp
Lemon juice, .5 tsp
Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp
Directions
Season chicken to taste with salt and pepper, grill, then set aside to cool.
Combine Walnuts, butter and brown sugar in a saute' pan and cook over medium heat, stirring, until the walnuts are coated, Remove from the pan and let cool. Break walnuts apart and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine lettuce, radicchio, celery, cilantro, chopped Asian pear and parmesan.
Whisk together all the dressing ingredients. Add to the salad and toss.
Arrange the salad on the plates. Slice the chicken and place on top of the salad. Place Asian pear slices and some walnuts on the side of each serving.
