Ingredients

    Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 1 lb.
    *Pork, fresh, ground, raw, 1 lb.
    Wheaties Cereal, 3 cups
    Egg, fresh, 2 extra large
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    1 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into oblong loaf in ungreased 9 inch baking pan or dish. Bake uncovered 1 hour. Pour drippings from pan before serving.
