Introduction

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    4 pounds Country-style Pork spareribs (boneless)
    10.5 ounce can condensed 25% less sodium Tomato Soup
    1/2 cup packed Brown Sugar
    1/2 cup Cider Vinegar
    1 Tablespoon Less Sodium Soy Sauce
    1 Teaspoon Celery Seed
    1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Directions

Layer the spareribs in the slow cooker. In a mixing bowl combine tomato soup, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, celery seed, & salt . Pour this mixture over the spareribs.

Cover pot & heat at LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Skim any fat from the juices before serving. Makes 5-6 servings.

    Tried this today and it was really good and simple to make. Love something you can put together and forget it and it's ready when you are. Never thought of using tomato soup. Unique idea that everyone loved! - 9/5/10
