    1 pound ground beef
    1-32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce (or 4 cups homemade)
    1 cups water
    2 eggs
    cup chopped parsley
    1 teaspoon salt
    teaspoon pepper
    2 cups ricotta cheese
    3 cups mozzarella
    cup grated parmesan cheese
    8 oz. lasagna noodles.


1. Brown beef in large saucepan on medium heat. Add sauce and water. Simmer 10 minutes.
2. Combine eggs, salt, pepper, ricotta cheese and mozzarella in a bowl Pour 1 cup. of sauce in a 9 X 13 baking pan.
3. Layer 3 noodles over sauce. Cover with 1 cups of sauce. Spread with cheese of the cheese filling. Repeat.
4. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour at 350o. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
