Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. Stew Meat, trimmed of fat
3 Large Carrots, cut into 1/2" pieces
2 Large Celery Ribs, cut into 1" pieces
1 - 12 oz. can Corn, drained and rinsed
2 Medium Green Bell Peppers, coarsely diced
1 Large Onion, finely diced
4 Medium Potatoes, unpeeled and cubed
1 Bay Leaf
1 - 15 oz. can Stewed Tomatoes, Italian Recipe
1 - 8 oz. can Tomato Sauce
1/4 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper
1 Tsp. Dill Weed
1 Beef Bouillon cube
2 Cups Warm Water
Directions
1. Layer stew meat on bottom of slow cooker. Add carrots, celery, bell pepper, onion, potatoes, and corn.
2. In a large bowl, add stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and dill weed. Stir until well mixed. Pour evenly over top of ingredients in slow cooker.
3. Dissolve bouillon cube in warm water, and add to crock pot. Add bay leaf. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours.
