Delicious, easy corn bread. Delicious, easy corn bread.

Ingredients

    corn meal, eggs, all purpose flour, unsweetened applesauce, baking soda, splenda sugar mix, skim milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Combine skim milk and corn meal in a bowl and let it sit for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add eggs and applesauce and blend until smooth. In a separate bowl, sift the flour, splenda, and baking soda together, then mix in with corn meal mixture.

Bake in over for approximately 30 minutes, or until knife in center comes out clean.


***I used a 5x8 pan and small bread pans to get 24 servings.
