Introduction

Ingredients

    1 4 oz. tilapia filet
    cajun seasoning, to taste
    Pam, butter flavored spray
    1 T chopped onion
    1/4 t. garlic
    1 t. lemon juice
    4 medium shrimp
    1 oz. lemon juice
    1 oz. milk, 2%
    2 T. parmesan cheese, shredded
    salt to taste

Directions

Place filet in grill basket and sprinkle with cajun seasoning to your liking. Grill over medium heat until fish flakes easily with a fork. Meanwhile, spray non-stick pan with Pam. Add 1 t. lemon juice and saute onions, add garlic and shrimp. Saute until shrimp is pink. In small saucepan, heat 1 oz. lemon juice and 1 oz. milk. Add parmesan and heat until melted. Pour sauce over fish and top with shrimp. Makes one serving.
