Ingredients

    6 Tbsp. vegan margarine
    6 Tbsp. vegan cream cheese (i.e. Tofutti)
    3 Tbsp. coconut milk (not low fat)
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1/4 tsp lemon juice
    1/4 cup powdered sugar

Directions

Place margarine, cream cheese, coconut milk, vanilla and lemon juice in the small bowl of a food processor, pulse to combine.
Slowly add in powdered sugar, one tablespoon at a time, pulsing in each addition.
Chill thoroughly before serving.
