    2.5 C Flour
    2T. Brown sugar
    1tsp. real vanilla exstract
    4 tsp.Baking Powder
    2C milk 1%
    1T. unsalted butter or oil
    2 eggs beaten.


Mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder and vanilla together.
In a seperate bowl blend milk, eggs, butter or oil. Add together, mix well.
Makes 18, 4-4.5" round flat pancakes.
