Ingredients

    1 carton of Imagine Organic Creamy Garden Tomato Soup (Light in Sodium)
    1/2 package Whole Grain Pasta (ridged pasta or shells work best)
    I 15 oz. can organic black beans
    2 jars Organic Medium Salsa
    1 package organic sweet white corn
    1 can fire roasted organic tomatoes
    1-1.5 lbs. ground turkey
    1/2 medium onion (diced)
    2 Tbsps. olive oil or other cooking oil

Directions

1. Put a pot of water on to boil to cook pasta. When water comes to a rolling boil, cook pasta as directed on package. Drain pasta well when cooked.
2. Heat skillet to medium-high heat and add oil.
3. When skillet is heated, add diced onion and sautee until soft. Add ground turkey.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste and cook until turkey is browned and cooked through.
5. In large pot, combine soup, salsa, drained black beans, corn, tomatoes, cooked turkey mixture, and cooked pasta.
6. Heat through, adjust seasoning to taste, and let simmer to meld flavors as desired.
