Introduction

Ingredients

    * Tomato Paste, 0.5 cup
    * Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 2 cup
    * Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .25 cup
    * Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cup
    * Beans, black, 1 cup
    * Spaghetti Sauce, 2 cup
    * onion, fresh finely chopped, 0.25 cup
    * Cumin, 2 tsp
    * Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    * chipotle chile in adobo, 1tb combined chile and sauce
    * Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    * Cider Vinegar, 3 tbsp
    * Baking Soda, 2 tsp
    * Salt, 1 tsp
    * Worchestershire Sauce, 1 tsp
    * Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup
    * Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz)

Directions

Makes approximately 15 cups of chili, at one cup each.

Chop onions and cook along with spices in enough chicken broth to moisten. Cook until onions sweat, about 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook approximately 45 minutes or until warmed through and flavors have had time to co-mingle.
