    1 Box Barilla Pasta, 16 oz., Cooked
    12 oz. cleaned medium shrimp, fresh or frozen
    1 Pkg (8 oz) Philadelphia Neufchatel Cream Cheese
    1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1 Can Sweet Sue 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth
    2 Cloves Garlic
    10 oz. Pkg Frozen Broccoli
    Salt and Pepper to taste


In large skillet, med-high heat, heat chicken broth and cream cheese 3 to 4 minutes until cheese is melted and mixture is blended. Add Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt and pepper. Add thawed broccoli and shrimp and cook until heated thru. Stir in cooked fettucini.
