Ingredients

    1 pound - lean turkey
    1/2 onion - chopped
    3 cloves - garlic
    1 green pepper - diced
    1/2 jalapeno pepper - minced
    1 can - kidney beans
    1 can - diced tomatoes
    1/4 cup - rolled oats
    1 TBS - chili powder
    2 tps - Worchestershire Sauce
    4 - whole wheat pitas
    2 cups - chopped lettuce
    2 tomatoes - chopped

Directions

Cook turkey.
Add onion, garlic, peppers - cook for 5 minutes.
Add beans, tomatoes, oats, chili powder & Worchestershire sauce - let simmer 25 minutes.

Scoop mixture onto pitas.
Add chipped lettuce & tomatoes on top.
