Ingredients

    •2 ripe bananas
    •1 eggs
    1 tbsp ground flax seed
    3 tbsp water
    •1/4 apple sause
    •1 1/3 cups pumpkin puree
    •1/2 cup splenda (for baking)
    •1.5 cups whole wheat flour
    •1 cup oats
    •1 tsp baking powder
    •1 tsp. baking sode
    •1/2 tsp. salt
    •2 tsp. pumpkin spice
    •2 tsp. cinnamon
    •3/4 cup cranberries

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray muffin pan with non stick spray

2. Mash bananas and stir in egg, apple sause, pumpkin, water, and sugar. In a seperate bowl mix together flour, oats, baking soda + powder, salt, spices & flax seed. Add dry into wet mixture and stir until just combined. Add raisins. Put 1/4cp of batter into each muffin cup. bake 20 mins.
