6 (1.5 lbs) 1" Thick slices Pork Tenderloin
2 C Yellow Onions, sliced thin
1 (15 oz.) Can Pears with Juice
    2 tsp Minced Garlic
    1/4 C Dried Cranberries
    1/2 C White Wine
    1/4 C Balsamic Vinegar
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 tsp Dried Thyme
    1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
    1/2 tsp Fresh Grated Ginger
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Black Pepper

Mix all ingredients together, and pour over slices of tenderloin. Can bake or use the crockpot:

To Bake: Preheat oven to 325. Place tenderloins in a baking dish, and pour sauce mixuture over the top. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours, or until internal temperature of the pork reads 160 degrees.

Crockpot: Place everything in the crockpot, and cook on low heat for 5-6 hours, until the pork is tender.
