Ingredients

6 (1.5 lbs) 1" Thick slices Pork Tenderloin
2 C Yellow Onions, sliced thin
1 (15 oz.) Can Pears with Juice
2 tsp Minced Garlic
1/4 C Dried Cranberries
1/2 C White Wine
1/4 C Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Dried Thyme
1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Fresh Grated Ginger
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, and pour over slices of tenderloin. Can bake or use the crockpot:
To Bake: Preheat oven to 325. Place tenderloins in a baking dish, and pour sauce mixuture over the top. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours, or until internal temperature of the pork reads 160 degrees.
Crockpot: Place everything in the crockpot, and cook on low heat for 5-6 hours, until the pork is tender.
**This dish freezes very well (do not cook the pork first).
