Ingredients

    2 chicken Breast
    1 can Coconut milk
    1 Can bamboo Shoots
    1 tbsp Fish sauce
    2 tbsp Brown Sugar
    3 TBSP Thai Kitchen Red Curry Paste
    2 TBSP Thai Kitchen Peanut Satay Sauce

Directions

Cube and Brown Chicken
Remove from Pan add coconut milk and Red Curry paste. Let simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes add the remaining ingredients. Add Chicken and simmer for 4 minutes.

Serve over Sticky Rice!
