Introduction
Quick and easy preparation make me less likely to skip this meal. I recently began making this sandwich for breakfast and it's working for me. While this recipe is really basic, I know I can't be the only SparkMember who would NEVER make it as a chef so I figured I would share it for the other culinaryily-challenged SparkMembers. For variation I have used sauteed onions and mushrooms instead of the baby spinach. Or sliced deli ham instead of turkey bacon (adds 50 calories).
