    1/2 cup fat free mayo
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/8 tsp paprika
    1/2 cup couscous
    2/3 cup OJ
    1 (14.75 oz) can red salmon, drained
    1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, squeezed dry
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1/2 tsp blk pepper
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 Tbsp olive oil


Combine mayo, 1 clove garlic and paprika
Prepare couscous, using the OJ instead of water
Combine cooked couscous, salmon, spinach, egg yoks, garlic, cumin, black pepper, and salt - combine into 4 patties.
Fry patties in olive oil over medium heat, turnince once, about 8-10 minutes. Serve with garlic mayo
