Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    *Flour, white, 2/3 cup
    Milk, 1%, 2/3 cup
    Egg, fresh, 4 large
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
    Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash

Directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place butter in a cassarole dish or a 10 inch oven proof pan. Place in oven to heat and melt butter. Meanwhile, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth. Pour batter into the hot dish, place in oven for 20-25 minutes. Do not peek - use the light in the oven if you have to view it. Once done, serve at once with your favourite syrup or topping. I've added crushed bananas to it, you can also add some fruit such as apples etc. This recipe lets you be creative. ENJOY!!
