Introduction

Homemade crispy baked chicken strips with a light ranch flavor~ very tender, yummy and a good alternative to fried. My 3yr old ate a ton of these, surprised the heck out of me, since he doesn't eat much of anything! lol. Ingredients

    Nabisco whole wheat Ritz crackers. (1 sleeve- crushed finely)
    3 chicken breasts
    Hidden valley lite ranch dressing

Directions

Cut into strips, slather chicken with ranch then coat with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cooked through and to desired crunchiness.

I ended up with 18 chicken breasts, enough for dinner for 4 and leftovers for hubby's lunch the next day.
