Very delicious! I just made this for my family and it was a great success. My husband and son have Celiac so changed the flour to brown rice flour and I don't know how much the flavor was changed but it was very good. I am sure it added a bit more fiber as well. Definitely be making this again! - 1/30/10

    Very Good
I made this tonight, and I am not sure what I did wrong; but the pancakes were really thin and stuck to the pans. So, while it didn't look pretty, still tasted good. - 1/17/11

German Oven Pancakes are great. I use splenda in the batter instead of sugar. I also reduce the amount of butter. I omit the apples and do it the traditional way. I sprinkle a little powdered sugar and lemon juice(or other citrus juice) on top and serve hot from oven. - 10/7/10

I wonder if you can make this with other types of fruit? Blueberrires perhaps? - 1/28/10
