Ingredients

    10 chicken or turkey sausage links
    I use Spicy Italian Chicken Sausage from Trader Joe's.
    5 small red potatoes
    1 bell pepper
    3 stalks of celery
    3 carrots
    4 cups chicken broth
    Feel free to add whatever other vegetables you have on hand. I have added fresh spinach for the last few minutes, zucchini, broccoli and cauliflower.

Directions

Cut all veggies into 2 inch chunks. Layer into crockpot, most to least dense. Slice sausage into large coins and add sausage to crockpot. Add broth. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4.
