Ingredients
-
12 oz package of any frozen fruit, I used Mixed Berries.
1 cup of Quick Oats
1/2 teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of Kosher Salt
1/3 Cup of Organic Raw Blue Agave
1/3 Cup of Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Apple Juice
Pam Olive Oil Spray
Directions
I combined package of frozen fruit with the Apple Juice then Stirred in the Brown Sugar and mixed thoroughly.
I then mixed Quick Oats, Ground Cinnamon, Kosher Salt, & Organic Raw Blue Agave till I saw little crumbs.
I used 4 3 1/2 by 2 1/2 Heart shaped Ramekins can use any size and make more servings if you'd like.
I added the fruit mixture to each container then topped them off with the crumble and sprayed a little olive oil spray on top so they won't burn.
Cooked them in a little counter top oven for like 45 minutes or so. I did keep an eye on them since this was my first time I also ended up putting foil on top of them just in case.
They came out just right not to dry not to watery.
You can add, swap or take out Whatever tickles your fancy.
Have fun with it.
