Ingredients

    16 oz bag frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 can (13.75 oz) artichoke hearts, drained
    8 oz light cream cheese
    1tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
    1/8 tsp nutmeg
    fresh ground black pepper to taste
    2 Tbs grated parmesan cheese
    2 Tbs gluten free bread crumbs

Directions

soften cream cheese. Stir in remaining ingredients except parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Mix well. Spread into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve warm. Makes 10 servings
