Introduction

I love poppyseed dressing and have a hard time finding brands that are affordable and that don't use unhealthy ingredients. I made this with things that I had on hand at home. I am sure you can make it with splenda and fat free mayos if you choose but I didn't have them on hand. :) This is just like Marzetti's and Krafts Poppyseed Dressing but not as thick so it goes farther. Each serving is a little more than 2 Tablespoons. I love poppyseed dressing and have a hard time finding brands that are affordable and that don't use unhealthy ingredients. Ingredients

    2/3 cup lowfat Helman's Mayo
1/3 cup regular salad dressing (like Miracle whip)
    2/3 cup 2% milk
    1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar ( this is a sweet dressing so you could use less)
    2 Tbls poppyseeds

Directions

Mix all ingredients well. Store in a container that is just over two cups in size. I use a quart size canning jar. Chill and serve.
