Introduction
This is a tasty recipe that my husband & kids (5 & 2) LOVE. It is super easy and very good - in the summer I put the chicken strips on skewers and grill them. Ingredients

4 Boneless Skinless Chicken breast cut into strips
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 tablespoons low sodium Teriyaki Sauce
2 tablespoons light Soy Sauce
3 Cloves garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons ground Ginger
Pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cut Chicken into "chicken finger" style strips
For marinade: Mix olive oil, teriyaki, soy, garlic, pepper and ginger with a wire wisk. Place chiken in marinade (I use a covered dish or a zipper baggie). Marinade for 30 minutes (if in a hurry 15 minutes will do)
Place chicken in a baking pan and bake for 15 - 20 minutes (depending on how thick your slices)
I usually serve cooked broccoli and brown rice on the side.
