Ingredients

    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1 cup
    Cake, yellow, dry mix, light, 1 package (18.50 oz)
    Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 12 fl oz
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 0.5 tsp
    Ginger, ground, 0.5 tsp
    Cloves, ground, 0.5 tsp

Directions

Mix all ingrediants accept for cake mix in bowl and pout into a 9/13 pan (ungreased).
Sprinkle yellow cake mix over the top. Melt 1 cup of butter and pout over the top of the cake mix.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until top starts to brown

    Very Good
    Simple and really good! I would add a touch more spice next time, perhaps throw in some pp spice. Also, I just sliced small pats of butter on top (didn't melt), worked fine! - 11/11/17

    I loved it!!!! I didn't put in the three eggs, just one, but the spices as right on the dot, the sweetess is not too overpowering and the topping... well the topping is pure sin!!!! I guess you could put less butter.... but I didn't ;). It was delicious! - 1/12/10
