Ingredients

    2.5 lbs of Deer meat (ham or tenderlion)
    4-5 medium russet potatos
    1 small bag of carrot chips
    1 grouping of celery
    1 green pepper
    1 cp sliced mushrooms
    1 can campbell's cream of mushroom soup
    1.5 containers of beef broth
    2 envelopes of beef stew seasoning

Directions

Place deer meat in crock pot. Add cut up bell pepper, celery, carrot chips, mushrooms, and diced potatoes over the meat. Add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 2 envelopes of slow cooker beef stew seasoning. Cover all ingredients in pot with beef stock or beef broth. Cook on low heat for aprox 6-8 hrs.
