Ingredients
-
Eggs
Flour
Milk
Directions
Mix eggs, flour, and milk together until all lumps are gone. Batter will be thin like milk.
Melt the margarine and mix into batter. Put batter in fridge and let stand for 30 minutes
Use non stick teflon pan and heat to medium/high on stove.
Spray non stick cooking oil on pan.
When pan is hot, pour 1/3 cup of batter into frying pan.
The pancake will cook fast and is ready to flip when bubbles form in the middle.
Flip the pancake, *this takes some practice* and cook the other side. Do not be discouraged if the first one ends up "scambled". This is usually the taste test pancake! The rest usually turn out great. Watch the heat and adjust according on stove.
Serve with butter, powdered sugar, berries, syrup, or even plain!
