Ingredients

    1 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Condensed Tomato Soup
    2/3 cup chunky salsa
    1/3 cup taco sauce
    1/2 water
    8 corn tortillas, cut into 1" pieces
    1/2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 cup Kraft 2% shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Cook beef and onion flakes in skillet into browned (the nutritional info for this recipe was calculated using 96% lean ground beef). Drain off any fat.

Stir in soup, water, salsa, taco sauce, tortillas, and 1/2 cup cheese. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for another 5 minutes. Top with remaining cheese.

Makes 5 1-cup servings.
