Ingredients

20 ounces cooked broccoli (just tender)
1.5 Chicken breasts ALREADY COOKED without skin and bone (pre-cooked leftovers work well. this is about 1.5 cups of chopped chicken)
1 10 ounce can cream of chicken soup (can substitute ANY "cream of..." soup if you don't have chicken - i like cream of celery)
3/4 cup of milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 TBsp Butter, melted
1 cup bread crumbs (can substitute chicken stuffing mix)
Directions
Before you start - please make sure you have cooked chicken available. this recipe WILL NOT WORK with raw chicken. I always make this with left-over chicken.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cook broccoli (boil or steam) until just tender and then drain - do NOT overcook. In a 9 x 13 casserole dish, arrange broccoli and top with pre-cooked chicken. Combine soup and milk until smooth and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine butter and bread crumbs and distribute evenly over the top. bake at 450 for 15 minutes or until hot.
