Ingredients

1 tsp olive oil
1/2 onion
1 can hominy
1 can Health Valley Low sodium vegetarian chili
1 can Amy's Organic Low Sodium Chili
1/2 fresh pomegranite
1/4 cup nonfat milk
1 tsp cinamon
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
Heat tsp of olive oil in a satay pan
Chop onions and cook until soft in oil
Stir in both cans of chili and hominy
Stir in the spices, add more or less depending on you taste (note: cinamon goes a long way)
Stir in a small amount of nonfat milk
Stir in hominy and pomegranite seeds.
Goes great with cornbread!
